Background
My name is Jada Davis and I grew up here in Columbus with my sister and two brothers. Some of the things I am interested in is cooking, fashion, and of course design. In the future, I wish to do everything I possibly can to make myself and my family proud.
Who Am I?
I feel that I am a strong-willed individual who knows of their values and of their goals. Because I have such high expectations for myself, I won’t just get something done, I will go above and beyond to do so. I do not always succeed but I do always try. I have always had this drive to do more and to be more so to be something as special as a student at Ohio State University is such a special honor to me.
My Journey With Design
The major that am pursuing at OSU is Visual Communication. I came to OSU because I wanted to find out who I am as a designer. So far, my involvement with graphic design has allowed me to feel as though my capabilities are limitless. I feel free and I feel like there’s nothing I can’t do. It is so easy to get carried away and forget where I am. And that to me is passion. Art has always been my passion, and indulging in graphic design has allowed my passion to grow much more. To me design is beauty. It’s as simple as that. A good design should be charming, timeless, and beautiful but also useful. Ideally, my aspirations are to develop designs that will blow people away.
